The shipping process

I ship almost anywhere in the world. It usually takes between 7-14 business days for the items to get to you. Once the order process is complete and the item is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You will be able to follow your order as it moves towards you.

Taxes and fees

All products on the store include free shipping. The only additional taxes you may have to pay are custom fees in your country. These taxes are controlled by your government and I suggest you check what these taxes may be, prior to placing your order. 

 

Orders returned to sender / undeliverable

Please check for accuracy when entering your shipping address. Any order returned to us due to non-delivery may require a reshipping fee of equal or lesser value than the original shipping cost. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you promptly and arrange for reshipment. 

 

Order modifications

Please contact us immediately with order modification requests. If your order is already in production, we may not be able to edit or cancel it before shipping. Order modifications are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate you. We do not have the ability to cancel or modify an order once it has been shipped. 

 

Return policy

We stand behind the products we sell. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. We accept returns of items that have been unworn and unwashed. We do not accept returns of items that have been used or washed. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit or a cash/credit refund. 

In case the item is somehow damaged, we will investigate further and the client will be compensated, either by a refund or re-shipping a new product.

What info is collected

We ask for your name, telephone number, home address, email address and age for competitions and newsletter sign ups. When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also request a shipping address, and payment method details. We may obtain information about your usage of the RoyiB.com website to help us improve user experience.

This data will enable us to print your order, fulfill your order, to notify you of changes and for statistical or survey purposes to improve our services and this website, and in the detection and prevention of fraud on our website. We may also send you information about products and services and details of promotions and special offers from Designs by Royi Berkovitz If you do not wish to be contacted for these purposes, we offer a range of ways in which you can inform us about your marketing preferences, by sending us an email that says "UNSUBSCRIBE".

 

What info is shared with other companies?

We DO NOT share any of your card details with 3rd party companies. We do not keep your card details in our system.

In order to create and ship our products to you we may share details such as your name, mailing address and email, with companies we collaborate with.

We provide these companies with only the information they need to perform their services and work closely with them to ensure that your privacy is respected and protected (no credit / debit card details). These companies are prohibited by contract from using this information for their own marketing purposes or from sharing this information with anyone other than Designs by Royi Berkovitz. We may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation. We do not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.
